STOPPING THE ENGINE
Push down the OFF button of the engine switch. (See Figure 11)

A CAUTION
The trimmer head continues
to rotate
for several seconds
after the engine has stopped.
ENGAGING I DISENGAGING THE TRIMMER HEAD
1. Switch ON the engine.
2. Squeeze the control bar against the upper handle to propel the
trimmer head.
3. Release the control bar to stop the trimmer head from rotating.
