Answering an Incoming Call
When you receive an incoming call, the phone rings and the screen displays
the information of the incoming call. You can choose to answer the incoming
call by selecting Answer.
Rejecting an Incoming Call
You can reject a call manually to send the caller to your voice mail box by
selecting Reject. The rejected calls are displayed in the Received Calls list in
your History list.
Ending a Call
You can end the current call at any time by selecting the icon.
Hold
You can place an active call on hold and resume the call when you are ready.
1. Select Hold during a call
2. The phone will beep softly every 30 seconds to remind you that you still
have a call on hold.
3. When you have multiple calls on the phone and the current call is held,
you can select Previous/Next to swap the active call.
CONFERENCE CALL MANAGEMENT FEATURES
Initiating a Conference Call
You can initiate a conference by dialing multiple numbers or inviting multiple
participants.
1. Select and select Call multiple members
2. Enter the number of each party selecting Add Members after
3. Select the Call icon

1. Place a call to the rst party
2. Select Invite and enter another number, select additional contacts,
or elect previous parties from the History menu
