Why is the wireless signal strength low on my Yealink Telephone?
If the wireless signal strength is low on your Yealink Telephone, ensure the phone and your gateway/router are within the working range and there are no obstructions (walls, doors, etc.) between them.
Why is the LCD screen black on my Yealink Telephone, but the power indicator is on?
If the power indicator LED is on, the keypad is usable but the LCD screen is black on your Yealink Telephone, please reboot your IP phone.
