❖ Can not connect internet
Please first make sure your internet conditions are actually ok.
❖ Can not capture audio from Audio In port
Please note our Audio In port is intended for mixers and lavalier microphones(therefore it will not
work with those who are not battery wired or self-powered)
❖ Can not stream with direct integration.
Please note that at times a streaming service may change their policies, which will cause issues with
integration; this is usually a temporary situation. You can always successfully stream via RTMP

❖ Can not read SD card content
Please note that the SD card has to be FAT 32 format under the maximum storage of 128G and
pictures require a PNG format to be read.
