7.4 Alarm signals
In case of probe faulty the signal “E1.” will be displayed . In this condition the unit will be functionning as
follow:
15 minutes normal running followed by 30 minutes stop. This till the substitution of the probe.
8. Wiring
A wiring diagram, specific for the units of the FZ series, is enclosed with these use and maintenance
instructions.
9. Maintenance and repairs
Suitable maintenance is crucial for obtaining longer life, perfect working conditions and high efficiency of the
unit as well as for ensuring the safety features provided by the manufacturer.
10. Routine maintenance
Few operations, listed below, are required in order to ensure long life and reliable use of the units

VIsually check (by using the gauge) Ihe exact amount of refrigerant: If
necessary, identify any gas leaksin the refrigerator circuit:

Check correct operation of the system devices (thermostat, pressure switch,
etc)and control devices (contactors, relays,fuses, etc).

Check the correct tightness and allignment of the various components of the
bracketing of the compressor.

Check the state of wear and the tension of the compressor belt

Check proper operation of the evaporator and condenser fans

Check proper operation of the defrosting system (wheter automatic or
manual).

Check the operation of the belt-tightener

Check the fixing and good state of repair of electrical cables and piping

Check proper operation of the electromagnetic clutch

Check the level of oil in the compressor

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE TO BE CARRIED OUT ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE FIRST INSTALLATION;
Clean the finned area of the condenser with a compressed air jet.
Replace the bearings In the tlghteners if they are noisy.
Check the brushes (carbon) of the fans and clean the manifold
Replace Ihe compressor belt if it is too worn
WARNING
Use safety gloves to protect your hands from possible cuts.
WARNING
Disconnect the unit before working on it.
