This document is a user manual for the Zanussi ZCV55001WA and ZCV55001XA cooker models. It provides comprehensive information on safety, product description, daily use, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and energy efficiency.
Function Description
The Zanussi cooker is a freestanding appliance designed for household cooking. It integrates a hob and an oven, offering various cooking functions.
Hob Functions:
The hob features four radiant heating cooking zones with different power outputs and diameters:
- Two 1200 W cooking zones (140 mm diameter)
- Two 1700 W cooking zones (180 mm diameter)
The hob is controlled by knobs, with a hob control indicator that illuminates when a cooking zone is active. A residual heat indicator warns when a cooking zone is hot, promoting energy saving by utilizing residual heat.
Oven Functions:
The oven offers multiple cooking functions, controlled by a dedicated knob for functions and another for temperature.
- Off position: Appliance is off.
- Conventional Cooking: Bakes and roasts food on one shelf position.
- Grilling: Grills flat food and toasts bread. Maximum temperature for this function is 210 °C.
- Bottom Heat: Bakes cakes with crispy bottoms and preserves food.
- Fan Cooking: Roasts or roasts and bakes food with the same cooking temperature on multiple shelf positions without flavor transference.
- Defrost: Defrosts frozen foods (vegetables, fruits). Temperature knob must be in the off position for this function.
- Light Cooking: Bakes in tins and dries on one shelf position at a low temperature.
