Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  • General Cleaning: Clean the oven front, door gasket, and cavity with a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Use a cleaning solution for metal surfaces.
  • Everyday Use: Clean the cavity after each use to prevent fat accumulation. Dry the cavity with a soft cloth after use.
  • Accessories: Clean all accessories after each use with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp-edged objects on non-stick accessories. Do not clean accessories in a dishwasher.
  • Aqua Clean Function: This function uses humidity to remove fat and food particles. Pour 150 ml of water into the cavity embossment, set the temperature to 90 °C, and let the oven work for 30 minutes. After cooling, dry the cavity with a soft cloth.

Removable Parts for Cleaning:

  • Shelf Supports: Easily removable by pulling the front and then the rear end away from the side walls. Reinstall in the opposite sequence.
  • Oven Door and Glass Panels: The oven door has two glass panels that can be removed for cleaning.
    1. Open the door fully and hold both hinges.
    2. Lift and turn the levers fully on both hinges.
    3. Close the door halfway, then lift and pull it forward to remove it from its seat.
    4. Place the door on a soft cloth on a stable surface.
    5. Release the locking system to remove the internal glass panel.
    6. Turn fasteners by 90° and remove them.
    7. Carefully lift and remove the glass panel.
    8. Clean glass panels with water and soap, then dry carefully. Do not clean them in a dishwasher.
    9. Reinstall the glass panel and oven door, ensuring the door trim clicks and the internal glass panel is correctly seated.

Lamp Replacement:

  • Safety Precaution: Turn off the oven, wait until it's cold, and disconnect it from the mains before replacing the lamp to avoid electric shock and burns.
  • Procedure:
    1. Put a cloth on the bottom of the cavity.
    2. Turn the glass cover to remove it.
    3. Clean the glass cover.
    4. Replace the lamp with a suitable 300 °C heat-resistant lamp.
    5. Install the glass cover.

Troubleshooting: The manual provides a basic troubleshooting guide for common issues like the oven not heating up, a damaged door gasket, the display showing "12.00," or the lamp not working. For issues not covered, users are advised to contact an Authorised Service Centre.
