Check for an active firewall within your network setup on the router/modem. Verify internet connectivity by directly connecting a computer to the router/switch. Ensure the charging station is correctly encrypted with the associated PLC module. Confirm that the PLC has been installed according to the circuit diagram, sharing the same L1 and N as the charging stations. Also, check that the network icon is flashing green, the HomePlug icon is flashing and illuminates red, and the power icon illuminates green steadily.

  If your charging station isn't online via WiFi, ensure there isn't an active firewall blocking the connection by checking the router/modem's network setup. Confirm internet access by connecting another device (phone, tablet, or computer) to the WiFi network. Verify the SSID and password are correct. If the network is hidden, manually enter the SSID and password. Also, the WiFi access point should use 2.4 GHz (5 GHz is not supported) and channels between 1 and 11.
