If your ZAPTEC Battery Charger charging station is not online, consider these potential causes and solutions: Ensure adequate GSM network coverage and that 4G is activated on the charging station. Check for an active firewall within your network setup on the router/modem. Verify internet connectivity by directly connecting a computer to the router/switch. Ensure the charging station is correctly encrypted with the associated PLC module. Confirm that the PLC has been installed according to the circuit diagram, sharing the same L1 and N as the charging stations. Also, check that the network icon is flashing green, the HomePlug icon is flashing and illuminates red, and the power icon illuminates green steadily.
