Installation Instructions
This kit includes the parts necessary to install Media Tub Assembly with Latch
Release. Read these instructions thoroughly before attempting to install this kit.
Tools Required
• T8 TORX Driver (2.5 +/- 1 in. lb.)
Removing the Media Tub Assembly and
Media Button
1. Remove the Top Cover and Printer
Frame Assembly as detailed on
pages 2-15 to 2-18.
2. Use a T8 TORX driver to remove the
two (2) screws holding the Media Tub
Assembly to the Lower Housing.
3. Lift the Media Tub Assembly away
from the Lower Housing.
4. Remove the Media Cover Assembly
from the Media Tub Assembly as
detailed on pages 2-32 to 2-35.
5. Reverse the procedure to install the
Media Cover Assembly and Media
Tub Assembly.
