TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Plug machine into outlet

Plug pump into electrical box
Circuit breaker is tripped
Check breaker and correct. If

Pump motor is burned out
Replace pump
Faulty switch
Replace switch
Pump runs but does
not pump fluid
Pump filter screen is
clogged
Clear debris from around pump
Flexible plastic hose is
clogged
Clear debris from hose
Pump rubber discharge
hose clogged
Clear debris from hose or replace hose
Pump runs but does
not pump fluid

Canister filter is clogged
Replace external filter
Pump runs but is
noisy (Some noise
is normal).
Cavitation due to low

Raise liquid level to correct level
