What to do if I cannot bind the Zephyr Venezia Ventilation Hood to my Zephyr Connect account?
Only one Zephyr Connect account can be bound to the hood. Log in using the Zephyr Connect account that is already bound to the hood. Note that multiple devices can log in using the same account.
What to do if the Zephyr Ventilation Hood and user’s device won’t pair via Bluetooth®?
If the Zephyr Ventilation Hood and your device won’t pair via Bluetooth®, ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on your phone. Your phone might be out of range, so move closer to the range hood. You might not have inputted the Bluetooth® code, so enter the pairing code: 123456. The range hood might not be in Bluetooth® pairing mode; hold and simultaneously for 5 seconds to put the hood into pairing mode. There might be multiple errors preventing pairing, so restart your phone and try again.
