14. Fold the remaining grill cloth over to the back of the baffle board and staple it down. Leave
about 1/2” from the corners without any staples.

15. At one corner of the baffle board, hold both corners of the grill cloth down, one of top of the
other. Use your razor to cut a 45 degree line through both layers of cloth, from the corner of the
baffle board. Remove both corners of cloth that were cut off. Use one staple to hold down the
grill cloth in the corner. Do this for the other three corners.

16. Use a lighter to singe loose threads at the corners.
