PROBLEM CAUSE POSSIBLE REMEDIES
No oil pressure in gear position
No oil in gearbox Fill with oil
Suction filter completely clogged Remove and clean the internal filter
Pump gear damaged Replace the pump gear
Low oil pressure in gear position
Low oil level Restore oil level
Incorrect position of the lever command valve Register the control linkage
Suction filter partially clogged Remove and clean the filter inside
Type of oil not prescribed Replace the oil with one prescribed
Incorrect position pin "Come home" solenoid Put the pin in the neutral position
High Oil Temperature
Insufficient water flow to the heat exchangers Replace the pipes with larger diameter
Heat exchangers dirty Clean heat exchangers
Oil level too high or insufficient Restore the correct level of oil
Oil of non-prescribed Replace the oil with one prescribed
Slip clutches Check the pressure
Variation oil level Exchange-oil-water through the heat exchanger Check and repair the heat exchanger
