Number Problems Solutions

After startup, outlet is powered off, icon in the
bottom right corner of screen doesn’t change to Icon.
Long press “
” key for 3 seconds to turn on the power, or enter “switch
settings” page, set the switch state to “On”, the machine will power on the outlet
automatically after startup.

Outlet is powered off during working, icon appears or
blinks, or icon blinks.
The machine is in output protection. Check whether the voltage, current, power or
temperature exceed the output protection limit or not, if needed, modify the output
protection limit or cancel it or checked “Launch overload” checkbox.

The machine give out alarm sound when working, the
icon on the lower right corner of screen blinks.
The machine is in alarm status. Check whether the voltage, current, power or
temperature exceed the alarm limit, if needed, modify the alarm settings or cancel it.
4 After power off, the time and the total power consumption
are not saved.
Built-in button cell has run out, now it needs to replace a new button cell, the
battery model is CR2032.
Considerations
1. The machine cannot works in hot and humid environment, please use it in normal temperature and humidity.
2. The working voltage of the machine is AC85V~AC265V.
3. The working current cannot be greater than the maximum operating current.
4. Do not let the machine expose to the dust, corrosive gases or other harmful substances in the environment when use and keep.
5. Do not touch the plug of the machine when using, or you will get an electric shock.
6. If the machine failed working, don not open the machine and replace parts by yourself to avoid electric shock, please contact the manufacture r.
