treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
本使用說明書是儀器的重要部分，必須與儀器一起存放，並且應存放於獲准操作此儀器之
人士能觸及的地方。本使用說明書自2018年6月起生效。
This instruction for use is an integral part of the device. It must be stored with the device and kept accessible
at all times for anyone who is permitted to operate the device. The instructions for use are valid as of June
