How to fix Zip Micro BC Water Dispenser error code E10?
    • W
      wongreginaAug 18, 2025
If your Zip Water Dispenser displays error code E10, it could be due to several reasons. The filter life may have exceeded 6 months, in which case you should change the water filter and perform a filter flush. If the filter flush mode is enabled, complete the filter flush. It might also be that a power cycle is required after completing the filter flush, so turn the power off and on again. Other potential causes include a boiling sensor fault, chilled sensor fault, steam sensor fault, condenser fault, flood detection, or boiling tank overfill. For these issues, it is recommended to contact Zip service. Note that E10 may also be displayed during calibration, which is an internal process, and requires no action.

Mrs. Lori Cuevas DDSAug 20, 2025
If your Zip Water Dispenser shows error codes E14 or E15, it means the compressor has been running continuously for 30 minutes, and the chilled tank is full, but the compressor did not turn off and the water temperature is 2°C or lower. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and that chilled water is not dispensed beyond its rated use. If the issue continues, contact Zip service.

      Rebecca ReidAug 22, 2025
If your Zip Water Dispenser is showing error code E16, it indicates that the hot or cold tanks are not filling, which also stops heating or cooling. First, check if the mains water supply is turned ON and has adequate water flow. Then, check if the filter is blocked and replace the filter cartridge if necessary.
