Why won't water dispense from my Zip Micro BC (error E13)?
If your Zip Water Dispenser displays error code E13, it means the command center does not detect a tap connected, and water will not dispense from the tap. Ensure the tap connector is correctly inserted into the side of the command center. If the issue continues, contact Zip service.
