BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Only a qualified electrician who takes the appropriate regulations into account may
install the socket or replace the connecting cable. If the plug is no longer accessible
following installation, an all-pole isolating switch must be present on the installation side
with a contact gap of at least 1/8" (3 mm). Contact protection must be ensured by the
professional who installs the unit.
• Touching some of the internal components can cause serious personal injury or death.
Do not disassemble this appliance. Improper use of the grounding can result in electrical
shock. Do not plug into an outlet until appliance is properly installed and grounded.
• A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

this appliance, it will void warranty. If you are going to use an extension cord,
make sure the wire gauge and length are correct for use with a microwave.

cause permanent damage to the microwave if used.
• Longer cord sets or extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a long
cord or extension cord is used:
• The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
• The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
• The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop
or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
