Why is my Zomagas Ice Maker ice making so slow?

  If your Zomagas Ice Maker is producing ice too slowly, it might be due to a dirty condenser. Try cleaning the condenser to resolve this. Also, high ambient temperature or poor ventilation could be the cause. Relocate the unit to a place where the ambient temperature is lower than 32°C and ensure a good drinking water supply. Another potential cause is a failed water level sensor, which would require replacing the sensor. A water tank leakage can also slow down ice production, consider replacing the water tank. Finally, ensure there's enough ventilation space around the ice maker.

Why are the ice cubes from my Zomagas Ice Maker too thin?

  If the ice cubes from your Zomagas Ice Maker are too thin or incomplete, it could be due to several reasons. The ambient temperature might be too high, so try moving the unit to a cooler place. High water temperature can also cause this issue; the water temperature should be no more than 32°C. Adjusting the ice making time by pressing the button to increase it might help. A leaking water tank could be the culprit, consider replacing it. Also, check the inlet valve and replace it if it's not working properly. Low water pressure can also lead to thin ice, ensure the water pressure is at 130-550Kpa. Finally, blocked water pipes can cause this issue, so clean the water pipes.

  If the ice cubes from your Zomagas Ice Maker aren't falling off, the ice lattice might be dirty. Try cleaning it. Also, ensure the ice maker is upright on a horizontal surface. If the environment temperature is too low, try to increase it above 10°C. A failed solenoid valve may also be the reason, so replace it. Finally, if the ice making cycle is too long, press the “-“ button to reduce the ice making time.
