11 Trouble shooting
If you have any problem in using your phone, check it against the
following list. If you cannot solve the problem fluently, contact your
distributor.
Problem Check point
No key beep on pressing keys. Please check the setting of key
beep in the menu of setting.
When there is an incoming call,
the prompt ringer cannot be heard.
Please check the setting of
silence, sound alert type and
ringer volume in the menu of
setting.
No prompt tone on reaching the
alarm time.
Please check relative setting to
sound (silence, type of sound alert
and ringer volume in menu of
setting).
Messages cannot be sent. Please check the signal of
network.
