UPDATING YOUR HANDSET SOFTWARE
Your handset can check and receive automatic software updates.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS THIS CAN HAPPEN:
1. Automatically – the handset will notify you an update is
available. Follow the steps to complete the upgrade.
2. Manually by you – go to Menu > Settings > Software Update to
check if any updates are available.
• Software updates require an active data connection and charges will
apply for downloaded data content. Contact Telstra to verify charges
for this service.
• Software updates do not delete any of your handset content, eg
Contacts, SMS, MMS, photos, music etc.
• Software updates are set to check automatically every 2 weeks. If
you wish to disable this service please switch off Automatic Updates
from the Settings> Software Update > Auto Software update menu.
