1 Make sure you have entered the password correctly. See the cover page for the default login user
name and associated password. The field is case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.
2 Turn the FMG off and on.
3 If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See Section 13.1 on page 48.
13.3 Internet Access
I cannot access the Internet.
1 Check the hardware connections, and make sure the LEDs are behaving as expected. See the Quick
Start Guide and Section 1.4.1.1 on page 11.
2 Disconnect all the cables from your device and reconnect them.
3 Make sure the dust cap is removed from the FMG and fiber box.
4 If the problem continues, contact your ISP.
13.4 Cable Television Service
My cable television service doesn’t work.
1 Disconnect the coaxial cable from the FMG, and connect it again.
2 Contact your service provider.
