• The WLAN/WPS light stays on and green when the 2.4GHz band 
wireless LAN is ready. The light will not turn on if the wireless 
connection is not activated. It blinks orange per 0.5 seconds after 
you press the WPS button. The process takes up to 2 minutes within 
which you can add a WPS-enabled device to the wireless network.

• The PHONE light is green when a SIP account is registered for the 
phone port. It blinks green when there is an incoming call or a 
telephone connected to the phone port has its receiver off of the 
hook. The PHONE light is orange when a SIP account is registered 
for an outgoing call and there is a voice message in the 
corresponding SIP account. It blinks orange when a telephone 
connected to the phone port has its receiver off of the hook and 
there is a voice message in the corresponding SIP account. It is off 
when the phone port does not have a SIP account registered or the 
LTE3311 is not receiving power.
• The USB light is green when the LTE3311 has a USB device 
installed. It blinks green when the LTE3311 is transmitting and/or 
receiving data from routers. It is off when there is no USB device 
connected to the LTE3311.
If the POWER light does not turn on during start up, disconnect the LTE3311’s 
power, check the connections, wait a few seconds and connect it again. If the 
problem persists, you may have a hardware problem and you need to contact your 
vendor.
