Charge your WAH7608 Download the App Troubleshooting
Use the included power adapter to connect the
WAH7608 to a power outlet or a computer's USB
port.

Press the Power button twice to view the
WAH7608’s wireless network settings. From
another device find this Name (SSID) and enter
the KEY to connect wirelessly to the WAH7608.
OR
(Optional) If your client supports WPS, press its
WPS button. Within 2 minutes, press the
WAH7608's WPS button to begin WPS pairing.

Download and use LTE Ally to configure the
WAH7608's fast Internet sharing, control
connected devices and data usage.

Problem: I cannot connect to the WAH7608 wireless
network.
Possible Solutions:
1. Make sure the wireless network is enabled. Press
the WPS button for 3 seconds to enable or disable
the WAH7608’s wireless network.
2. Make sure you used the correct WiFi Name and
KEY to connect.
3. Remove the lid. Press the Reset button and release
it when the screen displays Reset to return your
WAH7608 to factory-default settings.
Problem: I am connected to the WAH7608 but cannot
access the Internet.
Possible Solutions:
1. If your SIM card has a PIN code, use LTE Ally or
connect to the web configurator (http://192.168.1.1)
using the username (admin) and password
(Default: 1234) to unlock your SIM card.
2. Make sure your SIM card’s account is valid and has
an active data plan.
3. Make sure your data plan has not reached its limit.
4. Make sure you’re in the ISP’s coverage area.
5. Make sure you correctly inserted the SIM card in
the SIM card slot.
6. Make sure your mobile access information
(such as APN) is entered correctly. You can check
this in the web configurator (http://192.168.1.1) or
LTE Ally.
