The following table shows the ON/OFF conditions of the water heater.
ON/OFF Conditions
Conditions needed to turn ON.
The BTU requirement is more than 14,880 BTU/h
AND
The water flow rate is more than 0.75 GPM
Conditions needed to turn OFF.
The BTU requirement is less than 11,900 BTU/h
OR
Inlet temperature is higher than the set
temperature
OR
Output temperature is over 194°F
OR
The water flow rate is less than 0.4 GPM
