Troubleshooting
To check the firmware revision state
When your system administrator asks for the firmware revision state of
your phone:
Dialog 4223 Professional:
PhoneSet Press (see display).
If
PhoneSet is not shown, press more... until it appears.
Select Press (see display).
Down or Up Press to frame Firmware Indication (see display).
Select Press (see display).
The display shows the firmware revision state for your phone.
Exit Press to exit (see display).
Note: If you do not press
Exit, the check is automatically
finished after about 30 seconds.
Dialog 4225 Vision:
Å Select PhoneSet in the top menu (see display).
Down or Up Press to frame Firmware Indication (see display).
Select Press (see display).
The display shows the firmware revision state for your phone.
