Manual Message Waiting (MMW)
If the called extension does not answer you can initiate a message
waiting indication on that extension (if this feature is allowed). If there
is a message waiting, the Message key lamp is on and you will hear a
special dial tone after lifting the handset.
Answer
Message ÕÔ Press.
Note: The function key is preprogrammed by your system
administrator.
A call is initiated to the extension that requested Message Waiting.
Checking the party that requested MMW

Program Press (see display).
If

until it appears.
Select Press (see display).
Message Ô Press.

administrator.
The number that requested Message Waiting is shown in the display.
Exit Press to finish the procedure (see display).
