4.3 Lock/Unlock the Telephone
The telephone can be protected for unauthorized use. If this function is activated, a PIN
code has to be entered for example to switch on the telephone, to answer an incoming
call etc. The default phone lock code (0000) can be changed to any 4 - 8 digit
personalized code.
If configured in the telephone, it is possible to call a pre-defined emergency number while
the telephone is locked. See Configuration Manual, Aastra DT390/DT69x DECT

1 Enter the “Settings” menu.
2 Select “Locks”.
3 Select “Phone lock”.
4 Select "Auto phone lock".
5 Select "On", "On in charger", or "Off".
