• Unpack the VetScan HM5 analyzer from its shipping container and put out the
accesory box.
Note: Store the shipping box, accessory box, and packaging
materials in case you need to use them later.
• Place the analyzer on a level surface.
• Use the latch to open the side door on the unit, as shown.
• Inspect the unit for any visible signs of damage.
• Remove foam
