4.3 Unpacking and inspection
Recommended steps for inspecting the drive after delivery.
1. Remove all packaging material carefully.
2. Check the drive and accompanying equipment
for damages.
3. Compare the complete delivery with the pur-
chase order and the packing list.
4. If parts are missing or damaged, immediately
inform the shipping company and the ABB ser-
vice organization.
It is recommended to photograph the damages
and send the photographs to ABB.
