Turbocharger with clamping nuts

1. Treat the threads of the threaded rods with penetrating oil and allow it to work in.
Do not oil the pressure screws of the clamping nut.
2. Loosen the clamping nuts at the compressor-end and turbine-end foot (see Loosening
the clamping nut →31 ).
3. Fit transport screws (90334 / 90335) to secure the sliding block (68003) on the left and
right on the turbine-end foot.
u Lift the turbocharger from the engine and put it down.
u Cover all oil connections.
