Step-by-Step Installation Procedure

Mark Cables Before Disconnecting

Mark all cables prior to disconnection for easy reassembly.

Disconnect Main Voltage Cables

Disconnect main voltage cables from terminals 1L1, 3L2, 5L3.

Disconnect Control and Fieldbus Cables

Disconnect all control, keypad, sensor, and Fieldbus cables.

Discharge Tools and Personnel

Ensure tools and personnel are earthed before touching components.

Disconnect HV-Board Thyristor/Fan Cables

Disconnect thyristor and fan cables from the HV board.

Remove Old HV-Board

Carefully remove the old HV board, preserving the connector.

Disconnect LV-Board Thermal/CT Cables

Disconnect thermal switch and current transformer cables from LV board.

Remove Old LV-Board and Cables

Remove the old LV board and its display/keypad cables.

Connect Display/Keypad Cables to New LV-Board

Connect display and keypad cables to the new LV board.

Mount Connector Carefully

Mount the connector, taking care not to damage the pins.

Connect LV-Board Thermal/CT Cables

Connect thermal switch and CT cables to the LV board, ensuring correct phase.
