Getting To Know Your System
• The reader scans the sensor for glucose readings and
stores up to 90 days of glucose history
• The reader activates the sensor and initiates
the 1-hour warm up period
• The reader is rechargeable
• The sensor is worn on the back of the upper arm and measures
and stores glucose readings every minute
• Follow the instructions to prepare and apply the sensor
• The sensor may be worn for up to 14 days with no fi ngersticks
for calibration† or insulin dosing*
*Fingersticks are required if your glucose alarms and readings do not match symptoms or when you see Check Blood Glucose symbol during the fi rst 12 hours.

Calibration or coding not required by the user.
