Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Rear Foot

Attach rear foot (without wheels) to rear of curved track using pre-attached bolts.

Step 2: Attach Front Foot

Attach front foot (with wheels) to front post using pre-attached bolts.

Assembly Steps Continuation

Step 3: Attach Front Post

Attach front post to curved track in 2 locations using Allen head screws.

Step 4: Attach Armrest Console

Attach armrest console to top of front post using Allen head screws and tools.

Step 5: Connect Wires

Connect counter wires and install wire protection covers for connections.

Getting On and Off the Ab Coaster

Step 1: Place Machine

Ensure the Ab Coaster is placed on a flat, stable surface.

Step 2: Approach Unit

Approach the Ab Coaster from the side, not the back.

Step 3: Position Body

Place forearms on arm pads, grasp handles, and place knees on seat.

Exercise Instructions

How It Works

Ab Coaster uses a leg lift motion, working abs from bottom up, concentrating on contraction.

Exercise Techniques

Standard Exercise

Adjust grips, kneel on seat, pull knees forward contracting abs, return slowly.

Free-Style Motion Seat

Turn knees to work obliques; move side to side for free-style motion training.

Resistance Training

Using Added Weight

Use 2 weight posts on seat for extra resistance, max 20 lbs total.
