Measure fan frame, select location, ensure no wires/pipes, and draw outline for drilling.
Use appropriate tools like a drill or saw to cut the wall opening based on the outlined area.
Position fan to measure screw placement, remove fan, then drill four mounting holes.
Position fan back into opening, ensure connectors are inside, and secure with hardware.
Mount the controller near the fan using included hardware to power it.
Plug the fan's 4-pin Molex connector into the speed controller's top port.
Connect the fan's power cord to an AC power outlet for the fan and controller.
Plug the sensor probe's connector into the bottom of the thermal controller.
Secure the sensor probe head nearby, preferably in the hottest room area, away from fan blades.
Connect the fan's Molex end to the bottom of the controller.
Plug the fan's power cord into an AC power outlet to power the fan and controller.
Use the single button to cycle fan speed from 0-8, wrapping from 8 to 0.
Hold button for 4 seconds to turn OFF; press again from OFF to turn ON at last speed.
