• If you already have a diabetes
management software from Roche, it
may not recognize more recent meters
and the results will therefore not be
transferred. You may need a more
recent version of your diabetes
management software. In this case,
contact customer support.
• You cannot perform a test during the
data transfer. You have to unplug the
small end of the USB cable from the
meter in order to perform a test.
