IO Board Removal 0
Prerequisite:
Palm Rest Cover Removal
1. Find IO Board (C) on the base assembly. Refer to Figure 3-17.
2. Disconnect IO board FPC (B) from mainboard connector (A) (Figure 3-17).
3. Disconnect IO board FPC (B) from IO board connector (E) (Figure 3-17).
4. Remove one (1) screw (D) securing the IO board in place (Figure 3-17).
5. Remove IO board (C) from the base assembly.

1. Place IO Board (C) on the base assembly. Refer to Figure 3-17.
2. Install and secure one (1) screw (D) to the IO board (Figure 3-17).
3. Connect IO board FPC (B) to IO board connector (E) and mainboard connector (A).
4. Install Palm Rest Cover.
