If you are experiencing connectivity problems with your ACME Watch, make sure the OrunningSW app is started and running in the background of your smartphone's operating system. Do not disable the Bluetooth connection, and do not close the app in the background applications list. Try restarting both your smartwatch and smartphone. Also, ensure that the distance between the devices is not too long; get them closer together.
