Why does my ACME Watch have short battery performance?
If your ACME Watch isn't holding its charge, ensure it has been fully charged for at least two hours. Also, disable unnecessary features that consume a lot of power, such as GPS, the wrist-movement screen activation, and high screen brightness.
What to do if my ACME Watch has connectivity problems?
To ensure proper operation of some functions of your ACME Watch, the OrunningSW app must be started and working in the background of your smartphone's OS. Do not disable the Bluetooth connection and do not close the app in the background applications list. Try restarting both the watch and your smartphone. Ensure that the distance between the devices is not too long.
