How to fix Acon on call vivid pal Blood Glucose Meter that won't turn on?
    • P
      Patricia WallOct 31, 2025
If your Acon Blood Glucose Meter fails to turn on, it could be due to several reasons. The battery might be damaged or empty, in which case you should replace it. If the meter is too cold, allow it to reach room temperature (about 30 minutes) before testing again. If there was a Power On self-check error, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then reinsert it and try again. If a cell phone, radio frequency source, or a high-power electrical source is nearby, increase the distance between the meter and these sources, then retest. Also, ensure the test strip remains in place during the test, and apply the sample after the blood drop/test strip symbol appears. Use a new test strip if the current one is contaminated or used, and make sure to apply enough sample to fill the test strip check window...
