The binary decimation is not supported for all combinations of firmware, channel configuration and
sampling rate.
Please refer to section for more information.
Using the AqMD3 IVI-C driver:
To use the binary decimation and set the sample rate to a lower value use the AQMD3_ATTR_
SAMPLE_RATE attribute.

Using the AqMD3 IVI.NET driver:
