Why are my Active Era BS-06B Scales not connecting to the app?

Your Active Era Scales might not be connecting to the app because your smartphone or tablet's Bluetooth is not turned on. Make sure to turn it on. Also, check that your smartphone or tablet's operating system is compatible. It needs to be running iOS 8.0 and higher or Android 5.0 and higher.
