ADView 2 System:

Power off and repower on the ADView 2.

Power off and repower on the ADView 2.
Return for service.
Powering Device:

Run only from A/C power source.
Have battery service performed at earliest convenience.

Power off and repower on the ADView 2.
If repower attempt does not work, plug in power source and power off and repower on
ADView 2 again.
Retry reading. If issue persists, call Customer Service.

Clear the error and power off and repower on the ADView 2.
Replace battery.

Call Customer Service.

Charge battery.
Barcode Scanner:

Check and ensure proper barcode and patient ID was scanned
Rescan patient ID
Disconnect and reconnect cable from USB port on ADView 2.
Replace barcode scanner
Printing:

Close printer door.

Check cables. Reset printer. Replace printer.
Out of Range Measurements
The ADView 2 can measure BP that falls within the following ranges.
Systolic: Adult 40-260 mmHg, Pediatric 40-230 mmHg
Diastolic: Adult 20-200 mmHg, Pediatric 20-160 mmHg
Heart Rate: 30 - 220 BPM
The ADView 2 will display temperature and SpO
2
within the following ranges.
