6.2. Guarantee Clauses
The product is covered under a lifetime maintenance policy.
A. Term of Validity for "Three Guarantee" Services
• The "three guarantee" services (repair, replacement, and refund) are valid for six months.
B. Calculation of Validity Period
• The validity period begins on the day of sale. Days lost due to repair or lack of replacement
parts will be deducted from the validity period.
• If the final day of the validity period falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be
considered the final day.
C. Circumstances Requiring Reasonable Repair Charges
Repairs will incur reasonable charges under the following conditions:
• The validity period has expired.
• No proof of purchase or validity period is provided unless the purchaser can verify the
validity period.
• The details on the proof of purchase do not match the product label, or the proof has been
altered.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow the operating or maintenance instructions.
• Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
• Replacement parts for maintenance are provided by the manufacturer.
D. Limitations of the Guarantee
• The manufacturer is not liable for any obligations or damages beyond those covered by the
guarantee policy.
