2.21 PCI Clock Selection (JPCICLK1)
JPCICLK1 is a jumper to select PCI slot clock between 66 or 33 MHz, and the default
setting is 33 MHz (2-3 closed).
2.22 KBMS Power Selection (JKBMS1)
ASMB-784 allows user to set keyboard and mouse power between +5VSB and +5V.
When the jumper is set as +5V, the board doesn't support S3/S4.
