Why is the backup time so short on my Advice 45?

  If the backup time of your Advice UPS is short during a power failure, it could be due to several reasons. First, the UPS might be overloaded; try removing some noncritical devices. Second, the battery voltage may be too low; in this case, charge the battery for at least 8 hours. Finally, the battery could be defective due to high temperature or improper operation; you may need to replace it with the same type of battery.
