WIRING CONNECTIONS
The unit is completely factory wired; to power the unit, refer
to the specifications on the data plate on the unit. Install
current cut-out switches.
All electrical connections must comply with current safety
standards when the unit is installed.
The diagrams in the following documentation are indicative
only of electrical connections. When installing, refer to the
electrical diagrams supplied with the machine.
Warning: if the machine operates with a glycol/water solu-
tion, the microswitch on the electrical board must be appro-
priately configured. Set microswitch No. 7 to the ON posi-
tion (see Fig. 1). This setting instructs the microprocessor to
modify the minimum value on the Antifreeze set point (from
3 °C without glycol to -9 °C with glycol/water solution).
WALL INSTALLATION OF THE CONTROL PANEL
The control panel can be wall installed as follows:
– unscrew the lower screw of the panel (fig. 2);
– remove the cover by means of a screwdriver;
– remove the electronic card (fig. 3);
– fix the casing to the wall and lead the connecting cable
through one of the holes (fig. 4);
– connect the terminal board as shown in the wiring dia-
gram and insert the card into the casing;
– replace the cover and the screws.
START UP
The unit can only be started after the whole water and elec-
tric circuits have been completed, the water circuit has been
filled and bleeded and the flow switch connected.
Check the feeding voltage and 24 hours at least before start-
up, the unit must be switched on to feed the compressor
heaters.
SHUT DOWN
If the water of the circuit is not drained off when the unit is
not in use it is likely to ice.
Add a proper glycole mix to avoid damages inside the water
circuit.

OstrzeĪenie: JeĞli urządzenie dziaáa z roztworem wodno-
glikolowym, mikroprzeáącznik musi byü odpowiednio
skonfigurowany. NaleĪy ustawiü mikroprzeáącznik nr 7 na
pozycji ON (patrz Rysunek 1). To ustawienie poleca
mikroprocesorowi zmianĊ minimalnej wartoĞci dla zadanej
wartoĞci przeciwzamroĪeniowej (z 3 °C bez zastosowania
glikolu do -9 °C przy zastosowaniu roztworu glikolu).
INSTALACJA ĝCIENNA PANELU STEROWANI
Panel sterowania moĪe byü zainstalowany na Ğcianie w
nastĊpujący sposób:
- odkrĊciü niĪej poáoĪonąĞrubĊ panelu (rys. 2);
- zdjąü pokrywĊ przy uĪyciu ĞrubokrĊta;
- wyjąc kartĊ elektroniczną (rys. 3);
- przymocowaü obudowĊ do Ğciany i poprowadziü kabel
áączący przez jeden z otworów (rys. 4)
- podáączyü tabliczkĊ zaciskową, tak jak to przedstawiono
na schemacie elektrycznym i umieĞciü kartĊ w obudowie.
URUCHAMIANIE AGREGATU
Urządzenie moĪe byü uruchomione, jeĞli caáa woda
zostaáa napeániona, obwody elektryczne poprawnie
wykonane, a wyáącznik przepáywu podáączony.
Sprawdziü napiĊcie zasilania i zasiliü agregat na co
najmniej 24 godziny przed jego uruchomieniem, aby
zasiliü grzaáki sprĊĪarki.
WYàĄCZANIE
JeĞli woda w obiegu nie jest caákowicie opróĪniona w
czasie, kiedy urządzenie nie jest uĪywane, moĪe ona ulec
zamarzniĊciu.
NaleĪy zastosowaü odpowiedni roztwór glikolu, aby
uniknąü uszkodzeĔ wewnątrz obiegu wodnego.
