coincidere le estremità delle linee con gli attacchi delle
unità;
- eseguire il collegamento delle linee frigorifere in corri-
spondenza dell’unità interna;
- sagomare le linee frigorifere fino a portarle in corrispon-
denza dei raccordi sull’unità esterna (si raccomanda di
non realizzare le curve delle linee frigorifere con un rag-
gio inferiore ai 100 mm al fine di non schiacciare la
sezione dei tubi);
- prima di effettuare l’unione delle linee con l’unità, assicu-
rarsi che la posizione sia quella definitiva e quindi esegui-
re il serraggio usando chiave e controchiave per evitare
torsioni sulla carpenteria della macchina, avendo cura di
pulire le superfici dei giunti in modo da garantire il perfet-
to contatto delle superfici di serraggio;
- collegare la pompa a vuoto sulle prese a spillo dei raccor-
di delle linee del gas;
- non aprire i rubinetti (il vuoto va fatto sulle linee e
sull’unità interna);
- effettuare il vuoto fino a raggiungere i -760 mmHg;
- una volta eseguita questa serie di operazioni ed aver,
definitivamente, scollegato la pompa a vuoto, aprire com-
pletamente i rubinetti agendo sui dadi con una chiave
maschio esagonale da 4 mm;
- rimettere i cappucci e stringerli;
- dopo aver verificato che tutto sia in regola e le posizioni
delle linee siano quelle definitive, fissare insieme i cavi e
le linee frigorifere ancorarli con delle fascette.

- Form all the refrigeration connections at the internal unit.
- Shape the refrigeration lines to align them with the cou-
plings on the outdoor unit. (It is advisable to avoid bends
in refrigeration lines with a radius of less than 100 mm, in
order to prevent sections of the pipes being squashed).
- Before connecting up the lines to the unit, make sure that
it is in its final position and then tighten using two span-
ners, so as not to subject the mechanical metalwork to
torsion. Clean the joint surfaces carefully to ensure per-
fect contact between the tightening surfaces.
- Connect the vacuum pump to the needle sockets on the
gas line couplings.
- Do not open the taps (the vacuum must be formed in the
lines and the internal unit).
- Create a vacuum of up to -760 mm Hg.
- Once this series of operations has been completed and
the vacuum pump has been disconnected completely,
open the taps fully by turning the nuts using a 4 mm hexa-
gonal Allen wrench.
- Refit the caps and tighten them.
- After checking that everything is as it should be and that
the lines are in their final positions, secure the cables and
refrigeration lines using clamps.
