Remove the bottom panel
Then unscrew the M6 screws that secure the motor plate to the machine frame (2 screws for size 21, 4
screws for size 31/38, 5 screws for size 41/81).

Fixing screw size 41/81
Then the whole plate containing motor and fan can be removed.
